I was a landscape in your dream.

I am not sure which magazine I was flipping through at the art library this week, when I encountered an article about the DesignPhiladelphia event that inspired artists to reclaim parking spaces to use for public (and interactive) art.

After more research (ahem, extensive googling) I found examples of cities whose residents have pulled off similar stunts by utilizing parking spaces (or garages) as venues to host art and simple landscape designs that put the 'park' back into parking.
